Meet your hosts
We moved to Ybor in 2004 and fell in love with this quirky, historic neighborhood. These two homes are how we share it.
We started with Ybor Roost. It is named for the wild roosters the Cuban, Spanish, and Italian cigar workers brought when they built this neighborhood in the 1880s. Their descendants still rule these brick streets today, protected by city law. A local artist filled the Roost with original work inspired by the neighbors who were here first.
